Cold Foam:

3 tbsp heavy cream

1 tbsp raw milk

1 tsp maple syrup

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Brew 2 shots of Lunova espresso. Add ice and 1 tsp brown sugar to a shaker and shake until frothy.
