Ingredients:

  • 2 shots Lunova espresso

  • 2 tsp brown sugar (divided)

  • Ice

Cold Foam:

  • 3 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp raw milk

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Brew 2 shots of Lunova espresso. Add ice and 1 tsp brown sugar to a shaker and shake until frothy.

  2. In a frother, whip cream, milk, maple syrup, and salt into cold foam.

  3. Pour shaken espresso into a glass, top with cold foam, sip slowly.
